Shipping
Letters are shipped between the 25th and the end of each month via standard U.S. mail. Because they are sent with a postage stamp, tracking is not available. Delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and local postal service.

Manufacturing
Each monthly theme is thoughtfully created by me, with original artwork hand-painted in acrylic and then carefully reproduced through trusted print partners to bring the finished pieces to life. This process allows each letter and keepsake to remain deeply personal while meeting a standard of quality meant to be held, revisited, and cherished.
